Checkout abandoned rate:

The percentage of checkouts that were initiated but did not result in a completed order. This metric shows how often customers start the checkout process but leave before finishing their purchase.

Behaviour funnel:

The Behavior Funnel tracks the progression of logged-in and unknown customers through key purchase stages.

Total cart The total number of carts created.
Cart abandoned The number of carts that were abandoned, either in the cart drawer or during checkout.
Cart checkout Number of customers who proceeded from the cart to the checkout page.
Cart paid The number of carts that successfully completed checkout with payment. This funnel helps visualize where customers drop off in the journey from adding items to completing an order.

Customer Displays the customer’s email address. If no email is available, show "Unknown".

When the customer starts adding products to their cart and you want to offer them some discounts based on their cart value, the rewards bar will serve as a progress tracker that helps them know how close they are to earning rewards. This will increase sales as people will want to buy more and receive valuable rewards.

Common used cases

Example 1: Merchant wants to give free shipping fee for customers spending $100 and more

Example 2: Merchants want to add multiple rewards: free shipping at $100, free product at $200 and 20% total order discount at $500

Steps to set up a Reward Bar

Step 1:

Navigate to the Cart Editor, select the cart that you want to edit. Then select Reward Bar module in the feature menu.

Explanation

Multi cart: Free plan and the Basic plan do not have the multi-cart feature, while Advanced plan allows up to 10 carts and Pro plan has a maximum of 50 different carts.
Announcement: You can only create a single announcement in Free plan, while other paid plans can have multiple announcements (up to 5 announcements).
Single Tier Progress Bar/Multi-tier Progress Bar In Free plan, you can only create 1 tier with the Rewards Bar feature. Some of the settings are locked, specifically selecting templates for rewards bar and show rewards on empty cart, and adding animation. Common used case

Example 1: Offer a free tee when customers spend at least $100.
